I'm planning a trip to the 7 stanes in May and I'm looking a for a nice bed and breakfast for the last Bank holiday weekend.
Can anybody recommend any?

There's a bunkhouse at Mabie. Accommodation basic but trails at your door. Forget the name but google will find it for you.
