I'm using bikeline (alyson France) who are in the wirral somewhere I think. No complaints so far (have got liability agreed by the insurers, in the process of working out quantum)

Hope you're ok!

Hope you're OK! I got knocked off two weeks ago, luckily not major, just sore leg for a week. The lady who hit me was really sorry and replaced my front wheel 2 days later. Do you need a lawyer? Is the driver not accepting liability? Years ago I got hit and badly injured by a woman who claimed I was speeding (even though she's just pulled out of a side road straight into me without looking. I rang CycleAid who were really helpful. In the end we went to court, and the £100 repair bill I was asking her for miraculously turned into £3,500 when the judge laughed her out of the room. Good luck.
