Wondering if wheels are acceptable under the T&Cs as an accessory, could do with a new set for commuting and would be a way of saving a few quid.

Mine did. Got some roval slx for the commuter depends which scheme your in. Mines the Halfords cycle to work scheme.

I got some parts on the Cyclescheme with Demon Cycles.

When I worked lbs in '15 it had to be safety or maintenance related. May have changed .
