I popped up to Abergwesyn today for a swim. Loads of people out and about on gravel bikes, good to see. 🏞️🚵🏻‍♂️🚵‍♀️🏊‍♂️

That is a stunning valley. I bet the water was chilly though 🙂

Water was really comfortable. I called into the CoOp in Llandeilo. It's air con was so low I was almost shivering by the time I was finished.

Now kicking back in the hammock at home. I love the summer.

I'm up Builth Llandod way and looking for wild swim spots.

TT has it. There is some really exciting stuff on the Tywi too, especially upstream of Llyn Brianne.
