I popped up to Abergwesyn today for a swim. Loads of people out and about on gravel bikes, good to see. 🏞️🚵🏻♂️🚵♀️🏊♂️

That is a stunning valley. I bet the water was chilly though 🙂

Water was really comfortable. I called into the CoOp in Llandeilo. It's air con was so low I was almost shivering by the time I was finished.
Now kicking back in the hammock at home. I love the summer.

I'm up Builth Llandod way and looking for wild swim spots.
And I gravel bike 😉

TT has it. There is some really exciting stuff on the Tywi too, especially upstream of Llyn Brianne.
