[Closed] aaagggghhh - post mount to IS confusion - please help!

I have a pair pof Manitou forks with post mounts, an IS caliper and a 160mm rotor.....

....is it possible to fit an adaptor that will make this lot work together???

Any help greatly appreciated

yes - you need to find a same brand as your [b]caliper[/b] mount IS to Post mount. v What brand is the caliper

Be prepared to have to buy a bigger rotor to allow fitting.

Looks like the one I got when I swapped from IS to post with an old Hope caliper. +20mm on the rotor size confirmed I feel.

You will need to go up in size with the front disk - either 170mm (disc and adaptor from shimano) or 180mm - adaptors from Hope, Magura etc. I've got a 170mm XT disc and adaptor you can have, (or at least I think I have), lurking at the bottom of my box of bits. Let me know if you want them.
