Apparently the stuff I ordered yesterday is out of stock, despite a) being told this morning it was dispatched yesterday afternoon, and b) the items still showing as '2 in stock' on their website. The only reasons they were able to give were along the lines of 'computer says No'.

Grump ๐Ÿ™

I bought over a grands worth of stuff from on-one 3 months ago, their stock system is bloody useless, I was told my frame was ready, then it wasn't, then it was at the painters etc. Got the general impression no-one knew what the hell was going on. Apart from that I can't fault their service and how they dealt with the situation after I went of on one (tada) at them. Ben is the man to speak to, great guy and mega helpful.

Hmm. It was Ben who assured me my stuff was in the post, then Caroline who explained that 'computer says no' and that they weren't getting any more in, despite the website stating differently. Annoyingly they'd already taken my money and it'll be days before it's refunded.

Useless.

I bought the half price rocket rons as they had them advertised as the evo triple nano compounds, the old orc compound's were what arrived...

They've now changed the ad and offered me a refund.

Mate of mine bought a complete bike - in bits so I could build it for him (I like doing that!)
they sent a std size stem with oversize bars and a front brake adaptor for the rear brake ๐Ÿ™„
Nearly - but not quite....
