I broke my Scott Genius last weekend, and the shop where I'd bought it from had since closed, so Scott UK said go to your local dealer - in this case Greenwheel Cycles in Peterborough. They really can not have been more helpful and friendly. Although I've been in there before, I'd never bought anything from them. They happily agreed to process the warranty (I took it in at 16:45hrs last Monday and by 09:15hrs on Tuesday, Scott had approved the claim). The new frame arrived on Friday and I really can't praise them enough. Now they will have my business and I'll be telling all and sundry about how good they are.

Contrast this to another shop not far away - BikeArt, at Thetford Forest. The owner there could not be MORE UNHELPFUL and rude. Despite numerous 'give him another chance' visits, each time he behaves with with absolute rudeness and plain awful. Thank God BikeArt isn't my local Scott dealer.........or bikeshop!
