My two year old 5 10 freeriders are still going strong but the sole has gone a bit floppy and soft, leading to a bit of foot fatigue on longer rides. Can anyone recommend an insole I could pop in them to stiffen them up quite a bit?

get some Teva Links... they're quite a bit stiffer

Take the insole out and gasp in horror at the shoddy, mildew-encrusted cardboard that makes up the footbed.
If you still want to update them, superfeet make some awesome insoles in a variety of thicknesses.
