Just building up a bike for Mrs Druidh and at the same time breaking my Meta 5. Now - the easiest thing to do is put the bits off the Meta onto her new frame, but then I have a bit of a dilemma. Do I fit the wheels off the Meta (black Pro2 hubs / white Syncros 23 rims), or do I flog them and buy a cheaper set for her given she doesn't really do [i]that[/i] much riding?
nah keep em on her bike so you can steal them again later for another project, s'what I'd do....
Unless of course you need the cash or believe she'd pull a face later when you steal her (obvious white rimmed) wheels back
Keep them and if you find that you need the wheels at a later date buy some cheap ones for her.
You'll always loose money selling/buying so unless you can liberate decent £ from the transaction I wouldn't bother.
