I have a brand new set of 2013 Fox F29 CTD's that are 120mm travel, they can be converted quite easily to 100mm travel but has anyone ridden a Scandal 29er V2 with 120mm?
Is it terrible or with a bit less pressure in the fork aok? Us lad's like to keep the length see..

I've got 120mm fox on my lurcher & they are fine. Much better than 100mm rebas. One you consider that fox are 10mm shorter than fox & then knock another 3mm off for sag, then you are looking at a difference in length of 7mm!
Fox shorter than Fox? You mean Rockshox? That's a shout may be worth me looking at the difference in total fork lengths.
Fox 120 = 520.8mm, Reba 100 = 506mm, difference 15mm...be alright 😀
