First ride of 2010 on the 2nd. Perfect blue skies, frozen trails, good company, too many punctures (solved with gaffer tape when a split in my rear tyre was found - quite hard to spot as it was pretty dark by then!). Now at home ill in bed. Bah.

Cross bikes rock in the ice 🙂
looks like fun
i went out on the cross bike yesterday too, gave up after 20 miles though as gears, brakes and me had frozen up and the light was fading.
cross bikes do indeed rock in snow and ice, far better than an mtb.
miles of frozen hoof prints don't rock though.
