A solo ride for me today . Spent the day trying to link some rarely used trails into a route. We had plenty of overnight rain and there is loads of mud about up there. I had planned to take a whole routes worth of pics but my camera batteries went flat followed by my mp3 player then finally me running out of energy. Comments ?

Makes me want to get off my lazy ass and ride some more, the Q's are hard to beat you have great flowing descents, hard rideable climbs and green. The only things which suck are mud and you forget how energy sapping climbing wet grass is(greenway path) not forgetting climbs like sheppards coombe and bicknoller, rideable but bust your lungs(well my limp ones).

Nice pics, thinking about heading there tomorrow but if it rains tonight I'm guessing it's gonna be pretty soggy.

soggy but rideable , I wouldnt have got so muddy if I'd swopped my front over from my other bike. I could have picked a drier route to.
The single track marked with stone I call "dibbs trail" .
