bust my wheel on tuesday afternoon while riding up dunmail raise.
odd sized spokes on a alfine wheel.
youth in keswick mountain bikes looked at me like i was a alien cos i was on a leccy bike
the other new bike shop said it would be a couple of days
i then stopped 2 cyclists and asked if there were any more cycles shops.
whinlatter bikes came up with the goods, bike was fixed and ready to roll by 10 am next morning........... 8)

no other option on a 50lbs leccy bike mate.
had to get from ambleside to keswick.
by the way steve, my good lady knows you and you wife i think.
