There are companies on eBay who sell conversion kits, but no one does a pukka one that I know of.

Ebay seller luckynino sells full titanium 11-36 9 speed cassettes, pricey at around £150 but also very light at around 200g. I had 1 and had no complaints, at first the shifting wasn't great but improved loads after a few rides.
no thanks, could get a decent 10 speed mech, cassette and shifter for that
