james at black sheep will make you one, it will be beautiful but you need deep pockets.

Genuine question: why titanium? You could get lighter carbon ones of equivalent capbilites for ~1/3rd the price

It is a good question. It's not for me (really). A mate is carbophobic, so he wants to go full ti on a disc-brake road build. I have pointed out that carbon is lighter/cheaper/available but I've not managed to persuade him yet...
