is kirroughtree open for business?
is the glentrool route still in existence? is it a gravel trail?
thinking of a day trip from ireland

Kirroughtree is certainly open and I haven't heard that glentrool is closed at all . Glentrool is a fair bit of fire road but there's also a fair bit of single track with a great descent at the end.

both Kirrie and Glentrool are open with no diversions.... visit the 7stanes website and download and print out trail maps...you can check for closures closer to the time of your visit https://scotland.forestry.gov.uk/activities/mountain-biking/7stanes
