Just got back from two days in the Forest of Dean, Saturday we had further training with Scott Beaumont, he is amazing he can analyse what you are doing wrong but best of all help you put it right
Today was the race and conditions on the trail just got worse and worse. The practice wasnt too bad but by race time the trail was atrocious.
Abigale did the best out of our group but I felt for Katie who crashed seven times on her timed run and is now nursing her bruises. The second run was cancelled due to falling light and trail conditions
Met a few of here, did every one else have a great day

I headed over last night so only got a look at the course this morning. It was riding pretty well given all the rain and it's a shame that the delay caused by timing issues in the morning caused second runs to be cancelled. Although in reality I don't think they'd ever have got 2 runs as it was dark in the trees at half 2 when we finished.

I've not seen the results yet (had to leave in a hurry and this PC won't let me look at the site) but i'm told 7th in category which isn't too bad.
