I reckon the only thing RS about those forks are the stickers, they're too fat to be boxxers and of course they're gold-ish. I'd say fake / lookalike 40s.
Everything on it looks completely new, it can't be collection of stolen bike parts surely?
I was thinking the same about the forks. I can't see any features that look like anything i know.
I was also thinking along the 'ultimate robbed bike best of compilation vol 1' lines, but the seller seems to know too much about it for that. I think it's a bike where the owner has legitimately but disproportionately upgraded bits on a very cheap bike.
