Shimano I need a 46, 5-10's its a 45

I find Shimanos narrow.

I have 2 pairs of 5-10's both 45 and one pair is spot on (snug) the other pair a tad tight in length but only very very slightly. Hoping they will give a bit as they are pretty new still.

in 5-10 language, a 45 isn't a 10, its a 9.5

Hope this helps

I found them long and narrow. My normal size (45) seemed to have a good 3/4 inch spare at the toe, was narrow, and the heel lifted all over the place. I do get a lot of heel lift tho apart from Shimano shoes and Salomon walking shoes.

I take a 46 in a Shimano, 44 in Spesh and 44 in 5-10s.
