How are the conditions in 50 Acres at the moment? Still a muddy mess or drying?

Not as bad as you might expect. A few sink holes and ruts, but it's drying out quickly.

Rode there last weds - climb was pretty muddy, descent was a hoot as usual 🙂

50 acre was riding well. Bit soft in places but good fun. Looks like an mx bike has been in there though judging but some of the tyre marks.

Just back. Too late for the updates but I agree, It was in great shape. No puddles, just in the odd soft patch
