Will this fit my Horst Link 5 spot? Currently has a Romic, will it ride better? Nothing wrong with current shock just wondering if i'm missing out.

190mm rp23 is what you want.
Seen them new from the states on ebay for around Â£120 ,just keep looking

Get a Pushed Van R from flooks then. Simply the best performing shock I've ever ridden, although I ride a Pushed RP3 - 95% of the performance for one 35-50% of the weight.
