how the fffff do you adjust the front mech on an orange 5??? now running a 22/36 combo up front and want to adjust the throw of the mech to stop the rubbing but just cant get a screwie in to the far adjuster??? help.

Long one down behind the seat tube between the swingarm.Also try operating the mech as they may then move into an easier to reach position.
