Anybody else come across the 4x4 convoy on the Chase today (was heading towards Birches Valley visitors centre from the block of forest just West of there when I met them)? Have to say that without exception, every single one of the tourist 4x4s pulled to one side out of my way to let me past. Wish I could say the same about the Forestry vehicles at the front and back of the convoy - felt like they were driving straight at me - they certainly weren't moving one inch off the centre of the track or slowing down, forcing me to leave the track to avoid getting run down. What is it with the drivers of those vehicles, do they think they own the place? (not intended as an ironic comment at all - they don't!)

It's astonishing when you realize that 99% of people that like to drive a 4x4 are actually just into happily pursuing their hobby and that they are just normal reasonable human beings rather than two cocked byway prowling baby rapers that the red sock army would have you believe.
