Apologies if this topic has been posted before but has anybody had both?
Which is better?
Is the Ti one twice as good as the plastic one?
Help me solve my dilemma of which one to buy please

I'd love to try the Ti. Have a carbon one and it's great. I hope the Ti one is rubbish 😉

I rode a Ti (original Lynskey one) defintely more 'spring' than the Carbon one - made the steel one feel very dead.
I think a lot of it will be down to aesthetics, budget and whether you buy into the whole Ti thing.
In terms of riding through the woods as fast as you can for an hour there's not much in it - if you want to go out and ride towards the horizon for 8 hours then the Ti might nudge it.
