tempting now after the price drop, assuming any are left like!

How do they compare to a normal Inbred or normal 456 or summer season?

Will they not handle just the same as a normal 456, just with a bit less weight

youd think so but somehow they're magic and can keep up with fullsus on a downhill - not sure which mag claimed that.

Make sure you get one of the new "reinforced" ones.

Have had the steel and now have the ti, there isn't a great deal of difference between the 2 but the ti is smoother to ride and more forgiving, lighter and won't rust after 5 minutes in the British summer. Not really convinced it is 10 times better then the steel (original price) but for £799 it is a bargain, especially when you look at prices of other equally reputable manaufaturers bikes.

I "nothing'd" mine. I'll be shouted down for this , but I really felt....no affinity for it.

okay uphill, good downhill, weird XC.

I love mine, great all round bike!
140mm qr15 vanilla's climbs great, descends fantastically
and just makes me smile 😀

I bloody hope so!

I got one with the brake pipe too; was going to build it straight up, but after looking at the state of my steel 456 after todays ride, I might just wait.

Anyone got one with 36's on, picture?

Just built up mine - 2 rides in very happy- feels very light and loads of mud clearance. Only thing I need to get used to again after a few years of full sus pampering is back end slips if weight too far forward on the ups.

I'd like to see one with Fox 36's on to as they're the only forks I have at the moment.

I think it would be ok because my Enduro feels very similar with 36's as it did with Pikes and I can't say the front feels "higher" with the extra 20mm on that frame so guess other lengths in the fox's might be shorter than in Pikes (crown perhaps)??

Sorry can't help im running revs- the headtube is quite small on on-ones though so if I understand your comments correctly some additional height wouldn't be a bad thing. I am just about to put a stem on mine with a slight rise to bring the bars up a smidge.

Dont have pics but ran mine with van 36's for a month or so,
found it wandered when climbing and would say its just better
with vanilla 32's.
