Hello
got some 2010 44rc3tis on ebay looked mint but sadly 1st ride in the air chamber seems to be leaking oil/air coming from around the valve, circlip area under the rebound adjuster

anyone had a look insinde? casstette tool to remove the top cap, anything i need to look out for

to be fair windwave have been awesome and offered to have a look foc(assuming its a simple fix) only trouble is its a 2 week turnaround

I'm surprised it's 2 weeks - they turned my forks round in a couple fo days.

You're likely to need new seals and wipers (not sure you can reuse some bits???) - tbh for £60 for a service and to sort out the problem it's probably not worth trying yourself?

I have a set that did that and they needed a new rc3 internal - fixed foc as it was in the warranty period. I couldn't find tech manuals anywhere on the net to do it myself so they went off to windwave, who were great.
