OK, maybe not quite THAT bad, but was at a local watersports centre with some students and to break the day up the instructors suggested some cycle orienteering as they had bikes we could use.
Had I known in advance I'd have ridden the BFe into work, but instead got to ride round on this fine steed -

Hadn't ridden a BSO for years and now appreciate my 'proper' bike so much more.
