Went bum over boob going from the car to the chase, all of 4 yards!
Now at home with leg up, 4 puncture holes off crank and a very sore Achilles tendon, can barely walk!
Sigh, very lame!
Rubbish, I am about to go out for a couple of hours, I shall take some pics and post them up here so you know what could have been.
Or I'll fall off and hurt myself also.
No one saw it happen, as the others took the sensible route. They heard my shrieks though!

I've done a similar distance from home on ice before. Lay in the road and thought I think I'll get the bus to work.
