Just finished the first can of 3in1 oil been using it on my chain for about a month now with no problems , been used in some really shitty conditions too,and it's quite cheap , anyone else been using this ?

Yeah got it in b&q large can was about £3.50 iirc

If you have the tin with the long nozzle on the top, get a tin opener and take the top of. You will find enough oil left inside to do the chain three more times.

It comes in plastic cans now , but that's a good idea, thanks.

Used this exclusively & longterm on my recumbent chain for 4 years. Great lubrication but eventually formed a hard black carbon like deposit on everything it touched. Mech's, chain & chain rings. Took a full day of scraping, wire brushing & de-greasing to remove all the "coal".

Pays your money etc.

Yup...made of veg oil, hardens and dries up.

Not the best.
