don't feel bad, every simple task on my bike seems to drag on for hours too, mainly cus I'm crap, but hey!

hacksaw a groove in it and use a screw driver to remove next time ๐Ÿ™‚

Really don't talk to me about fustration, though 3hrs on one bolt is pretty damned annoying. A weekend of trying to make some (admittedly old) disk brakes work has blown my mind! Ended up riding my hardtail as that's the only one working - though as I knackered the head of the retaining pin in the rear brake, that'll be fun for another day. GrrrrRRR!

did that but recessed head meant it was a no go had to use impact punch to shrink the head.

Anyway got out on the bike and stacked it big time just got back after an hour pics later
