depends on what its for dh, xc?
i have a 22/36 with a 34t on the rear and its a good combo on my xc bike
Stupid me!! Its for FR/DH.
Cheers
go 38t if you find you spin out at 36t... but hey its a geared bike, how wrong can you go... you have a shed of gears at the back, one of them must work for you.
I'm running a 36t at the front with a 34/11 9 speed at the back on my gravity bike. It works for me.
Depends where you ride and how strong you are, and if you can spin or not.
But i never found I wanted anything bigger than a 36T ring on the front of a DH bike.
The bike comes stock with a 36T but im guessing the cassette is in the range or 11-28 or something, rather than 11-34
