[Closed] 3 x 9 to 2 x 10 - What do i need?

If I wanted to change from 3 x 9 to 2 x 10 how would I do it? Just buying the components and fit or would I need anything else on my Hollowtech BB?

Swap out rear mech, shifter, cassette and maybe the cranks.
Would suggest a chain device (personal preference) shorter chain
