Just a case of wait and see now.
Will it be back to normal life for me, or three months fiddling with pipe lagging 😆
I will be there! I emailed John asking about entries and he kindly confirmed my entry.
My smile gets bigger as my new Lynskey procross turned up yesterday! Built last night and rode in to work today. Happy boy. 8)
I'm nervous it feels like I'm entering a fell race untrained.
And I thought I'd never need a cross bike with a flat top tube 'well they don't shoulder them these days do they' and the teardrop design of mine is playing havoc with a the little raise where my collar bone broke.
My bikes going to look like a branch of the 'Plumb Centre' 😐
If your wearing a camelbak the straps on the shoulder can help with cushioning to. Get it lagged up tho and you might want some sissy levers to!
Is it your first time?
You sound pretty fit with all the racing you do so you will be fine.
Good luck to all who enter, I'd love to have ago one year. Out of curiosity are there ant other cyclocross races like this? Or is the three peaks a the only one of it's style.
I think its the only 1 in the uk. There is the Iron cross in usa which i think Rob Jebb went over and won a couple of years ago. But you might want to google that to be sure.

I can't walk uphill, seriously it kills me even just a gentle hike. Didn't think about the Camelbak helping, good point.
If I'm in I'll be training on Ivinghoe Beacon, but it's nothing like a Central League CX race?
