I quite fancy organising a bit of a fun weekend with my local club. Something along the lines of the stw classic weekender thing. So 3 different events all done on the same bike.

2 of the events are easy are to sort, DH and XC. I can't think of a third event that wouldn't be a pain to organise/set up. Any cunning ideas?

Hill climb is certainly an idea that may work. We live nowhere near a 4x track and there's not really much suitable that'd work that isn't illegal!

Dual slalom used to be popular back in the day.

'devil takes the hindmost' style very-short-track xc at the BBB was very popular with spectators and great fun to race in.

Obstacle course, any time made in the xc/dh events can be deducted for falls/feet down/refusals.

Highest bunny hop
longest bunny hop
single speed or granny ring race over short circuit or 100m

A how low can you go comp. Involving a berm and a limbo pole. Or a longest skid comp
