[Closed] 2x10 Question - Front Mech / Shifter Combo for XT M785 Chainset?

OK, I know the SLX shifters can be set to 3 or 2 chainrings. If I want to go for a higher spec shifter to suit the new Shimano XT double chainset will the XT shifters convert too?

Yes.. 😀 and XTR...
Edit...Allthough the xt m785 shifters don't come with the blanking plate to remove the gear indicator window, so you have to buy that separately as well...

My 785 shifter came with the blanking plate.

I've got a brand new pair of 2012 XT M780 shifters still in the packaging if you are interested. They've never been fitted.

Forget the indicator windows and go i-spec version anyway...
