I made a 10 speed 2x10 GX mech stretch to an 11-42 cassette size but it was a stretch. Not sure if it’ll do 46t but it may depending on your mech hanger and whether it suits it well. Ideally if new I’d send it back and rethink. You probably need to go Shimano Deore in 10 speed to hit that 46t capacity (I think deore does it now)
