Just a quick question too any 2 souls cycles owners. Is there any particular pattern to their reply of emails? E.g the start of each week?
I emailed them on Monday last week with a question which was replied to the next day, since then I've had no more emails from them.
I had really good and quick responses when I was in the process of buying a Quaterhorse. Lovely bikes by the way, but I guess you know that already 😉

Thanks for the replies don't get me wrong this is not a "OMG they took more than 5 seconds to reply they suck" type post. I asked them about the X-12 QH so maybe they are waiting for answers themselves. I can wait I just did not want to keep sending them emails if they are busy etc.
