Big thumbs up to the warantee guy at 2pure, had a bearing collapse in the free hub, quick phone call and they sent me a complete set FOC next day post.
problems can and do happen with stuff so when you get things sorted so fast and pain free, thats what makes the difference.
Yep they are very good thankfully given CB gear ain't always the most reliable.
yep last year battery on my Nightrider MiNewt lights was knackered and needed replacing
Had been imported from USA and used with a plug adapter so no warranty but 2pure replaced it completely free of charge no problem, no questions as a goodwill gesture
Thats one hell of a goodwill gesture as replacements are around £90
They're awesome. Used to rebuild my crank bros pedals every 3-6 months FOC...until i got sick of taking them down there and bought some pedals that didnt break!
Yep was talking to rep in shop yesterday and he said send joplin in after this weekends riding. They would sort it no problem. Seam very helpful. Had carbon Ibis with him. Looks very nice.
Yeah, they repaired my 5 year old Eggbeaters "under warranty". They basically put brand new SL wings on them as they'd worn out (which after 5 years you'd expect)!
