Just got one from http://www.riponeng.com/
I got a chain only as I have a mahoosive Chubb padlock to go with it. They've got some decent padlocks as well.
They do 1, 1.5 & 2mtr chains.

The Almax chains come up on fleabay reasonably regular, t'is where I got mine, I know there was two on there earlier this week (no idea about the chain length though)

Pragmasis are great to deal with. I have a 13mm and two 11mm chains from them.

I have a solid brass squire stronghold SB50CS padlock for sale (brand new) fits both the 13 and 11mm chains.

obiously beware that the bigger diameter chains (eg: the 19mm Series 4 Almax) won't fit though some Ground anchors (eg: kryptonite lock), so a new one from Almax or Torc may be required too.

I also get an Abus ground anchor from them with a huge shackle that would take an anchor chain off a battleship. I tried a hacksaw on it (not in anger of course) but the blade just slid off. (Bear in mind nothing will resist a grinder for long}
