Really into my ht 29er these days. Not feeling the same about my 26" FS since a big spill. Wondering if my days of looning etc are over. If I head for the shed these days its always the big wheeler that I grab for.
But just cant seem to let go of the 26". Keep thinking yeah, but what about when we head to Wales etc. Snowdon(perhaps), CyB, MachX was always a favourite. Anyone riding these kind of trails on a 29er'er ht ?

I did Brecon Beast on a fully rigid 29er.
I bought some suspension forks pretty soon afterwards.

seen some spd compatible clown shoes t'other day for the circus bike...
Done Afan,Brechfa and others on a rigid steel SS 29er,no probs.
Wrists took a beating but great fun.
Anywhere anyone can go on a 26 FS bike,I can generally go on the above !.

I had a serious accident on one of my bikes, best thing to do is get straight back on it and exercise those demons, I even went straight back to the scene of the crime, the shiver down the spine doesn't last long you know. 😉
