as i have a 120mm manitou minute fork sat unloved in my garage, is there a HT frame to go with them?

Steerer is 220 I think, its QR though not bolt through

my ventana makes 120mm forks look weedy little things.
i ran 140mm whites on it too. very nice to start with.........then it all went downhill very quickly.

RD, i need 15/20mm bolt thru.
