I have recently upgraded my Fox Float 32s QR forks as they were very flexy, but I am considering buying a pair of carbon forks for bikepacking and want to understand whether the flexy issue is noticeable between QR and 15mm carbon forks. Reason I ask is that I already have a dynamo QR front wheel and unless there is a massive gain to be had by moving to 15mm then I'd rather save the cash and keep my existing QR dynamo wheel?
PS - Anyone have any recommendations for decent QR forks < £200?

It'll depend on the fork. I used QR Exotics for bikepacking and quite enjoyed that they weren't completely rigid, though other folk have complained that they are too flexy.
A full monocoque fork with larger diameter legs could feel a lot different if it had been designed with stiffness rather than weight in mind.
However, as a rule, 15mm will feel stiffer than QR. Given the issues you've reported with your bike handling I'd suggest going 15mm and just replacing the hub. You'll then have a wheel you can use on either setup.
People really find torsional stiffness a problem on rigid forks?
QR would be fine for rigid forks I'd have thought, you're not going to be using a dynamo hub for enduro are you?
I can see the point with suspension but it seems overkill for rigid forks, unless perhaps you're running an enormous brake.
