Until recently I have been happy plodding along with a Knard on a Dually up front on my Fortitude.
An "in progress build' has seen me cobble together a proper 29 plus bike for which I have added another Knard for the rear.
A quick trawl of current tyre offering seems to suggest the Knard, whilst not the grippiest, is still the largest volume 29 plus tyre. Is this so?
How do the other tyres compare volume wise? I appreciate that several offer more grip but do they do so at the expense of volume?
The Panaracer Fat B Nimble seems to be well priced compared with the Surly offerings - any catch with these?
All thoughts, recommendations etc very much appreciated.
there a 29x3.25 now, i forget who makes it though

I think the fat-b-nimble is slightly smaller, the chronicle is similar volume to the knard.
Dirt wizard is slightly smaller but stretches (in a good way) a bit during use.
They ^^^ look enormous 8)
Reminds me of the 3'' 26'' Duro tyre from BITD that was heavier than the moon ........
Now will they fit my frame .....
