Looking for advice, was looking at getting a new 29” wheelset for my ebike. I’ve been looking at the Hunt Enduro V3 wheels for £500 but they don’t sell them on the cycle to work scheme that my company use.

What recommendations do you have for 29” wheelset that’s pretty sturdy for an ebike? Hopefully the Halfords Cycle to work scheme can be used to buy them.

Hope fortus 30?  They do an ebike version within budget.

Available via tredz who are part of Halfords and accept their c2w voucher

Can recommend - have a (mullet) set on my 28kg (plus 90kg me) Kenevo and they've been solid

Thank you both, will take a look. I got my Cube from Tredz, so should be good for the Cycle to work scheme

Cheers for the recommendations, stupidly I forgot to mention I need a Shimano Microspline hub and it has to be centre lock rotor hub.

I’ll look thru them and see if there’s any compatible wheels in the stores you’ve posted.

Has anyone bought anything from Sport and Leisure? I’m tempted just to get a back wheel for the mo as it’s £169 on its own.

The non-e Hope Pro5 can be configured like this. BikeTart have them and they accept Halfords vouchers.

You can buy the steel MS ebike freehub as an aftermarket upgrade if you really need it.

Well going for the Hope Fortus 30W Pro 5 E bike version (including the steel free hub) from Leisure Lakes.

Looking at the description the hub is 148mm, is that the standard width for the rear wheel space?

This is the right answer.

This would have been the right answer had they had stock, only the "Factory Wheels – Boost DT Swiss 350 Hub MS / DT EX511 MX" left y the looks of it.
