I only know salsa firestarter but its price is just out from this world, I'm looking for something cheaper.

Your cheaper choice of fork with eg. Elite bottle cage mounts?

i don't need to strap a bottle but a cage like a monkii gorilla cage for a sleeping bag or something like that
one mount could be enough to hold the weight, I can strap some tape to keep it steady
