[Closed] 28 hole rim. Where?

Need to rebuild a friend's wheel after he had a slight OTB incident. It's a DT Swiss 420SL rim - OEM on his Specialized. I naively ordered a replacement 430 - know what they say about assumption - turns out the 420 SL is a 28 hole rim (DT Swiss's own calculator shows it as a 32).

Anyone know where I can find a similar sized 28 hole rim? ERD 549mm - ERTO 559 X 18. Only 28 hole one I have found is the Mavic 819 non-disc rim.

Alternatively, a reasonably priced 32 hole hub that will accept a 9mm QR?
