I've got wee legs and found they worked really well on my 29er.

Edit: nothing to do with BB height if that's what you're thinking, especially as I specified a slightly taller BB than "fashionable" anyway.

Surely they still make XTs or Saints in 165 ?

I've got 170's on a B plus specific Kingdom Vendetta. Quite a low BB, so shorter cranks to reduce pedal strikes. Only been out a few times, and loving it !!
