How common is a frame that requires a 27.4 seat post? Also which frames take this size?
I brought a Thomson set post in error I miss read the advert assuming 27.2! Doh! Anyway trying to decide whether to put it on fleebay or not...thoughts?
You sure it's 27.4??? What frame?
Never heard of a frame taking a 27.4, suspect you'll get chuff all on eBay, unless someone else misreads it!

Yes...its the Thomson post I bought, defo 27.4mm, I miss read the ad on here myself, I know you have to move fast as they go straight away so I just went ahead without checking...measure twice cut one rule was not followed!
I was wondering if its worth advertising or if it was just a defunct part!?
some ti frames do. some older steel frames. can't think of a mountain bike that does though...
Fisher Prometheus took one.
A 27.6 fitted better though 😛
