I’ve gone and impulse bought a used Cannondale slate Which has come with a panaracer gravelking 1.75 on the back.
it appears that’s a fast rolling tyre but as it’s slick, on anything other than perfect tarmac it’s horrific which isn’t ideal for a gravel bike but I’m struggling to find anything in this size with a small amount of tread. Max is 42mm I think on these old slates, anyone got any suggestions for something with more tread?

WTB Resolutes are 650b x 42mm but to be honest i hated them when i tried them. Plenty of grip but not enough volume and they burped air constantly.
