UPDATE: Reviews section refreshed, redesigned, searchable: Go take a look
I'm looking replace my current layback seatpost with a dropper post but all the main players seem to offer in-line seatposts, which would move me forward.
Even with a layback post, my saddle is pushed right back on the rails so I'm trying not too lose the length.
So, does anyone do droppers with payback?
Off the top of my head, no. The layback would put a ton more stress on the (smaller, because 27.2) bushings that even if one was made, it wouldn’t last very long.
Sounds like it’s time to buy a frame that fits you.

Thanks Doc!
Another for KS ETEN, I’ve had one for years and serviced several. Reliable, and, easy to service.
The 200mm rase post (black mamba??) was layback and 27.2. might be tricky to find one these days thou
